Meet a Valued Team Member – Josy
Our goal at Center for TMJ & Sleep Solutions NW is to help our patients who suffer from temporomandibular joint disorder, craniofacial discomfort, and issues related to sleep apnea and snoring find lasting solutions. Our team is integral to helping patients like you get the TMD and sleep apnea therapy needed in order to live a healthier life. We want to take some time this month to share a little more about someone we are sure you have seen while in the office, our office manager Josy.
Josy has been an important part of our team since 2002. She actually started as the bookkeeper and accounts manager for Dr. Barrett and took over for the former office manager back in 2013. Josy is not originally from the Washington area and started her training at one of her former employers back when she lived in Virginia Beach.
Josy loves working with the entire team. She feels like the staff in the office is the best in the industry. She also really loves meeting and working with the patients. Josy wants the patients to know that, if you have a problem with sleep apnea or TMD, our office is the best place to treat you. Josy says, “Dr. Kushner is the most qualified doctor on the Kitsap Peninsula.”
When not in the office, you might find Josy spending time at home with her family. Although she is a self-proclaimed homebody, you might see her out and about, gardening, as that is her favorite pastime. In fact, if she did not work in our office, she would enjoy working in a gardening center. One day, she would love to travel to Italy with her husband.
